6 Meter – Digital STARLAB Planetarium programs 

 

 Prices below are for programs (and or movies) that are scheduled on the same day. 

 

One (1) planetarium program or movie up to 35 people total (32 Students + Adults) - $300.00 

Two (2) planetarium programs or movie up to 65 people total (33-60 Students + Adults) - $380.00 

Three (3 planetarium programs or movie up to 102 people total (61-92 Students + Adults) $440.00 

Four (4) planetarium programs or movie up to 132 people total (93-120 Students + Adults)  - $550.00 

Five (5) planetarium programs or movie up to 160 people total (121-150 Students + Adults)- $680.00 

 

Generally speaking there should be a ratio of one (1) adult in the dome to every 5 to 10 students.  Any time a student is in the dome, there should be at least two adults present. 

 

 Add $90.00 per presentation that is a combination of a planetarium program followed by a movie (allow 45 to 53 minutes).

 

Note:    

Maximum number of attendees (Students & Adults) allowed in the dome at any one time is 35.

 

Planetarium Programs are 25 – 35 minutes and movies are 20 – 30 minutes.  A combo is ca. 45 – 53 minutes.

 

There must be a minimum of  5 to 7 minutes between groups to reset equipment.

 

Minimum Space requirements: Floor space = 25 feet X 30 feet with an unobstructed ceiling height of 12.5 feet.

 

A 5% discount will be deducted for two or more full days of scheduling. A full day's programming consists of at least four programs per day.  The discount applies if more than 8 programs. 

Due to the current high cost of gasoline, we are now charging an extra $30.00 per day travel expense for all schools and clients beyond a 50 mile radius of Chattanooga, TN. Mileage is still free for all schools and clients within 50 miles. 

 

Service Area includes 34 out of 35 Counties within 100 miles of Chattanooga, Tennessee

 

 9 Alabama Counties:

Jackson, DeKalb, Cherokee, Marshall, Madison, St. Clair, Etowah, Cleburne, and Blount

 

 12 Georgia Counties: Catoosa , Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Whitfield, Murray, Gilmer, Pickens, Fannin, Bartow, and Polk  (This leaves out Walker County.).

 

 11 Tennessee Counties:  Franklin, Hamilton, Marion, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Bradley, Meigs, Rhea, Polk, Grundy, and McMinn.

 

 2 North Carolina Counties: Cherokee  & Clay.
